Description

A detail from the book "A world of stories". It's to be published as a literacy support project in September by Gumboot Books (a Vancouver-based publishing company). There are quite a few stories and I illustrated "Tontii", which is dedicated to Earth day.

I liked a lot doing silhouette drawings on my last book so I used it in this one too. This time, though, I used the pencil drawing only as a reference and I mixed watercolor technique with acrylic. And I emphasized the outline to give it a more finished look.
