I've always wanted to draw a witch but I wanted to do something different, not the typical medieval or sexy witch. At the end I mixed a bit of pirate accessories with hippie and squatter clothes and...voila!
I drew it by hand. That took me an hour, more or less. Then I painted it with Photoshop using some flourish brushes and adding some textures so it would seem more palpable. Maybe I spent an overall of 12 hours.

Pretty cool, but the lighting feels sloppy: the moon is casting light on some places, but in places where it should cast light there are shadows, you have 2 unknown light sources coming from the front and the top right but they have the same light casting issues as the mood.

Thanks for your comments. Finally, I've found some free time to make a few corrections as you suggested. I think her posture still doesn't look enough natural but at least she doesn't look like a contortionist anymore with her long neck and bent back. I also added a glow to the witch so that the lights work better now.
